Got quite a large order and everything tasted great , wish they wouldn't have been out of cookies that day, but received a bisquit instead.

I ordered dark crispy and after 10 min they decided to tell me that they don't have any dark crispy but they did have white original,but if I wanted to wait 20 more minutes that they would cook me some and I thought that was nice of them thinking aboutcooking the kind of chicken I had ordered and checking with me before they started cooking it so original white meat it was .This is why it sucks Mega Foods closed.

I don't go for the chicken. I love their sides. The ice cream machine seems to be perpetually broken. Heartbreaking if you are set for a float.

It was ok. The girl at the window was nice, but I did get the feeling it was run by kids in high school with little work ethics and no management. I get a K11 chicken strips and pop corn chicken. The strips where about a half inch wide and about 2 inches long. in other words really tiny. There was only a very small handful of pop corn chicken. The biscuit was really hard and dry. Oh and no sauce for my chicken. We also got a couple chicken littles, there was more sauce on the out side of the bun then on the chicken. All in all I have definitely had better visits in the past.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! The food is amazing and the staff are all incredibly awesome people. Every visit makes me feel like family there and I will happily return to this place every single day rain or shine. They truly make it feel like a home away from home!

Service was just good...not great. Felt rushed through the drive-thru. I know it's supposed to be quick...but a quick nicety would have been appreciated. "Have a great day!"... Goes a long way.

Great customer service with a smile and food was good

Fast and fresh enough. I always get the famous bowls and some locations lack in quality control. Usually fresh here and the staff is friendlier than some fast food places. Bathrooms are never fully clean but the staff will take care of anything you bring to their attention..

Friendly people but the onion rings weren't done all the way,at least they weren't very crispy . :( Chicken strips were good.

The famous bowl is the best definitely recommend it
